Located on the seafront in Malahide, they combine old world traditional Mexican authenticity and flavours with new world technique and modern presentation, La Sirena showcases fresh, sustainable, and flavourful dishes that are rooted in authentic Mexican culture and it's rich culinary history. Dispelling the misconceptions of over spiced and stodgy 'Tex-Mex' cuisine by showcasing fresh, sustainable, and flavourful dishes that are rooted in authentic Mexican culture and it's rich culinary history.
La Sirena showcases specialities from the northern regions of Baja to the the southern states of Oaxaca and the Yucatan and every where in-between. La Sirena's Chefs prepare everything in-house from it's Sour Cream (Crema) to it's delicate and complex Salsas and sauces using imported Chiles, spices, and herbs dirrectly from Mexico. To compliment the Mexican pantry, La Sirena only uses the finest locally produced meats, seafood, and vegetables.
La Sirena strives to offer traditional, authentic, and familiar Mexican dishes; Fajitas, Burritos, Flautas, Nachos, Enchiladas, and Nachos, alongside a contemporary offering of Irish Hereford Fillet Steaks, Free Range Chicken dishes, fresh seafoods, and farm fresh produce. Cola Marinated 8oz Fillet Steak, Braised Roast of Lamb Rump, Chile Rubbed Sea Bass Fillet, Roast Chicken Supreme with Tequila and Lime, just to name a few.
La Sirena offers specials each week combining old and new world flavours and culinary techniques, for example:

Early Bird is from 5 to 7pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, and all night from Monday to Thursday.
Open Friday, Saturday & Sunday for Lunch from 1pm! La Sirena's Lunch Menu is a lighter version of our Dinner menu, we offer a speedy lunch: half a bowl of soup and a mini burrito, plus, plus La Sirena nachos, grilled fajitas, el diablo chicken wings, and much more! Perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed lunch!
