Located on Main Street, in the heart of Malahide just a few steps from The Diamond, is the Beachcomber Foodbar & Takeaway. Serving the community for 30 years the Beachcomber Foodbar is an institution in Malahide, the place to go for lunch time meals, dinners on the go and after-pub treats. From the moment you walk in the door of this Irish-Italian Chipper, the friendly service, the delicious smells, tradition & culture will have you eagerly scanning the extensive menu for their delicious takeout meals. The Beachcomber serves a wide range of takeaway foods, with burgers, chicken, fish, kebabs, hot dogs and chips available with much, much, more besides.
Fresh fish fillets, usually cod and ray are coated in a thick batter and deep fried to crispy perfection. The fish is served with real chips as in any proper 'chipper' these chips are not French fries, but hand cut chunky chips of potato. All the burgers are made from 100% Certified Irish Beef, with fresh garnish and a range of delicious sauces.
