We offer Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching all in the comfort of your own home, in Malahide and surrounding areas. We have vans on the road equipped with all you need for a great workout either indoors or outdoors.
We also offer TRX Suspension Training classes in Malahide village 2 evenings per week. TRX Training is a new type of fitness training that guarantees a fantastic workout as it engages your whole body for each exercise. Trial classes are available to anyone who is interested in signing up, subject to availability at a cost of only €10.
