The main entrance to the Castle Demesne is off the Dublin Road, leading to a lower and upper carpark, faced by the Castle itself.
Parking and access is also possible on the village side of the Demesne, beside Malahide Railway Station with various wooded and parkland walks to take you to the Castle.
Dublin Bus route number 42 and route number 102 travels along one side of the park, and Dart and Mainline trains are accessible through Malahide Railway Station.
Free parking is available in both the upper and lower Carparks accessible through the main Castle entrance located on the Back Road, just off the Dublin Road.
Paid parking is available in Bridgefield Carpark on the Village side of the Castle Demesne. This is the carpark closest to the village approx. 5 minute walk from Malahide Train Station and Malahide Village centre. Pay and Display machines are in operation
Bus: Malahide Castle is serviced by two Dublin Bus routes.
Train: Malahide Train Station is serviced regularly by both mainline commuter and Dart Services. Please visit Irish Rail for the all the timetables.
