East Coast School of Ballet provides ballet classes to all ages 3+. We have an extensive timetable with many options Monday to Saturday in various locations around Malahide, including classes in Preschool Ballet, Pre-primary and Primary Ballet levels, and all Ballet Grades and Vocational levels for those who wish to further their training with Pointe work and a more in-depth study into Classical Ballet.

We also offer four different Adult class options - Beginners Ballet for Adults, Improvers Adult Ballet and Discovering Repertoire Ballet as well as Barre Fitness for adults. On Thursdays we run a Jazz/Contemporary class for age 7+ for older children and teens.

Students have the option to take their RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet examinations with us, and have the opportunity to perform in our shows which take place in the Helix, DCU.

Our teachers are fully qualified, highly trained, experienced and dedicated to individual student needs, with qualifications from Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), Barre Concept, Silver Swans, B.Ed in Primary Education, PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) and with educations in Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, Music Theory and much more.

Our classes are run in a fun and friendly manner in a non-competitive environment. We hope to inspire a passion for ballet and dance in each student, training dancers in the technique and artistry of classical ballet.
